Practical help for your account, invitations and event day.
Updated October 20, 2026
Signing in or resetting your password
Open Event and choose “Forgot password?” on the login screen. Enter the email used for your account and follow the newest reset email. Check spam folders. A password-reset link does not require buying a plan. Never share your password or activation link in a support message.
An invitation has not been activated
Ask your event administrator to open Team / Access and use the member’s three-dot menu to resend or share the activation invitation. Use the newest link and finish activation before signing in. Existing accounts reuse their login; they do not need a new paid account.
I cannot see an event
An event administrator must assign you to the event and enable your membership. Scanners can view assigned guests, scan invitations and check guests in, but cannot edit guests, tables or event settings. Contact the organizer if your assignment or role is wrong.
Camera or QR scanning problems
Allow camera access in device settings, check your connection and scan the complete invitation code in good light. If scanning is unavailable, use guest search and the authorized check-in action. An already checked-in invitation is shown as already used; do not create a duplicate guest to bypass that status.
My account was signed out
Event allows one active device session per account. Signing in on another device signs out the previous device. Use separate team accounts for separate staff. If you did not make the new login, reset your password.
Billing and a useful support request
Keep your checkout confirmation or invoice reference. Describe what you expected, what happened, the date, device type and app version. Include a screenshot only after hiding guest information, passwords and QR or activation codes. For guest-list changes or event-specific questions, contact the organizer first.
