Can I use Event without installing an app?
Yes. Open the web app in your browser to organize your event. No desktop installation is needed.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free is designed for a first, smaller event and requires no payment. The proposed plan limits are shown above; final commercial details will be confirmed before launch.
Can I import guests from a CSV file?
Yes. CSV import helps you bring an existing guest list into your event. Review the imported details and table assignments before creating invitations.
How does QR check-in work?
Generate invitations with QR codes. At the event, scan a code to see the guest, their table and their check-in status, then record their arrival.
Can professional planners manage several events?
Event Planner is designed for multiple active events, with higher guest limits and reusable invitation templates. See its proposed limits in the pricing section.
Is the Android app available on Google Play?
The Google Play button links to the Android listing when it is available. If it says “Coming soon”, use the web app in the meantime.
Can I use the app in different languages?
The app supports English, French and German, so you can work in the language that suits you.
